Good Questions, Honest Answers

Everything El Paso neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.

What areas around El Paso do you serve?

We're based in central El Paso (79901) and cover roughly a 22-mile reach. That takes in the whole city — downtown, Sunset Heights, Kern Place, the Westside and Upper Valley, Central, the Northeast, the Lower Valley and Mission Valley, and the far East past Loop 375 — plus nearby communities including Horizon City, Socorro, Canutillo, Westway, Vinton, Clint and San Elizario. If you're close to that range, call and we'll usually make it work.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Many jobs can be priced from a few photos and a short phone call. Larger or less predictable projects get a free in-person look first. Either way, you'll have a clear number before we put anything on the calendar.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?

We price by the job whenever the scope is clear, so you know the cost before we start. For an open-ended punch list we'll agree on a rate and a rough scope up front so nothing catches you off guard. If the work goes quicker than expected, you benefit.

Are your pros licensed and insured?

Yes. The work is done by insured local pros who hold the licenses and registrations required in Texas for the job at hand, so electrical and plumbing connections are handled by licensed tradespeople. Ask us anything before we start.

Can you work on stucco and block homes?

Yes — they're most of what El Paso is built from. We anchor into concrete block and brick with the right fasteners, patch small stucco cracks and dings, seal around windows and penetrations where wind-driven dust and monsoon rain get in, and match texture as closely as the material allows. Large stucco recoats or structural cracking are specialist work, and we'll tell you honestly when a job is in that territory.

Do you help get houses ready for monsoon season and winter freezes?

That's a regular part of our calendar. Before the summer storms we clear roof scuppers, canales and downspouts, check that water drains away from the foundation, and reseal gaps around doors and windows. Before winter we insulate exposed pipes and hose bibs, put covers on evaporative coolers and drain their lines, and make sure exterior doors close tight against the cold.

Can you handle a landlord turnover or a move-out list?

Yes. With Fort Bliss nearby, plenty of El Paso rentals turn over on military move schedules, and we're often called to patch walls, touch up paint, fix doors and blinds, replace fixtures and handle the small items that stand between a vacant house and the next tenant. Send us the list or the inspection notes and we'll quote it as a package.

Will you work around HOA or building rules?

Of course. Many newer subdivisions on the Westside, far East and in Horizon City have HOA standards for exterior colors, fencing and visible equipment, and condo buildings often set work hours and parking rules. Tell us what applies and we'll schedule and finish the work within those limits. If an exterior change needs HOA approval, it's best to get that before we start.
